Who is this course for?

If you are a classical composer, conductor, music arranger or music teacher and you are beginning your journey in using Synchron Series strings on a professional level, then this course is for you.

It will lead you, through all the stages of the process, from ground zero (blank MIDI score) all the way to the fully produced, polished performance of measures 1-20 of Elgar's Var.IX from Enigma Variations.

Is this course suitable for media composers (film, TV, games etc.)?

Yes. All musicians with serious interest in developing their skills in using Synchron Series strings are welcome to enroll into the course.

Musical requirements

Knowledge of elementary music theory and notation, ability to read and navigate orchestral scores.

VSL libraries and software requirements

Synchron Prime Strings 1  OR Synchron Strings Pro (Standard) OR Duality Strings (Standard)

IMPORTANT:
students can use any or all of the libraries above for the course.
